Redline Infinity Consulting Group (RICG) is a boutique food & beverage and industrial manufacturing consultancy founded by Travis Farley, who brings more than 25 years of hands-on plant experience across operations and reliability — including successful plant turnarounds and new-facility startups. As founder and principal, Travis is the face of the firm — he makes sure the right talent is matched to your plant's needs, whether that's him on-site or a specialist he brings in and stands behind, so you always get an experienced operator held to one standard.
RICG's clients are primarily private-equity-backed manufacturers in the lower middle market ($5M–$300M in revenue), where disciplined operational improvement translates directly into EBITDA and enterprise value.

With more than 25 years of experience serving the food and beverage industry, I have worked across both maintenance and operations — from the plant floor to the front office. That range gives me a well-rounded, hands-on perspective on what actually drives manufacturing performance.
I bring experience operating in private-equity-owned manufacturing environments, partnering with sponsors and executive leadership to execute value-creation plans through improvements in reliability, throughput, cost control, and disciplined capital investment.
I have led successful plant turnarounds and new-facility startups — the kind of high-stakes work where the plan has to hold up under real conditions. That experience is the backbone of how Redline approaches every engagement.
As founder and principal, my job is to make sure the right talent is matched to your plant's needs. Sometimes that's me on-site; sometimes it's a specialist I bring in and stand behind. Either way, every engagement is held to one consistent standard.
My core strengths run from maintenance and reliability to capital project execution and building the processes and manufacturing systems that make improvement stick. I am highly data-driven and analytical, with a strong focus on delivering sustainable operational improvements aligned with EBITDA growth and long-term enterprise value creation.
