Founded on real operating experience.

Redline Infinity Consulting Group brings decades of hands-on food and beverage manufacturing experience to the systems that decide whether a plant thrives — operations, reliability, quality & food safety, and SQF & GFSI certification.

Who is behind Redline Infinity Consulting Group?

Redline Infinity Consulting Group (RICG) is a boutique food & beverage and industrial manufacturing consultancy founded by Travis Farley, who brings more than 25 years of hands-on plant experience — in roles from Plant Engineer to Plant Manager — across operations, reliability, quality, and food safety. As founder and principal, Travis is the face of the firm — he leads every engagement and aligns the right talent to your plant's needs, so you always get an experienced operator matched to the job and held to one standard.

RICG's clients are primarily private-equity-backed manufacturers in the lower middle market ($5M–$300M in revenue), where disciplined operational improvement translates directly into EBITDA and enterprise value.

Our Story

Founded in 2024 on a simple conviction.

Great manufacturing isn't the product of a single hero or a one-time project. It's the compounding result of strong systems, run with discipline, every shift. Too many improvement efforts fade the moment the consultants leave.

Redline Infinity exists to change that. We combine deep, hands-on expertise across operations, maintenance and reliability, quality, and food safety with a relentless focus on building capability inside your team — so the gains stay long after our engagement ends.

The name says it: we help you push the line — your production line, your standard, your ceiling — toward its infinite potential.

Mission

Build systems that outlast us.

To help manufacturers achieve measurable, durable improvement in reliability, quality, and food safety — and to leave every client more capable than we found them.

Vision

A higher standard, made normal.

A manufacturing sector where world-class safety and reliability aren't reserved for the biggest players — but are within reach of any operation willing to do the work.

What We Stand For

Values we won't compromise.

01 Standards over shortcuts

Food safety and reliability don't reward cutting corners. We do it right, and we build the discipline to keep doing it right.

02 Capability, not dependency

Our goal is to make ourselves unnecessary. We teach, coach, and transfer ownership at every step.

03 Evidence over opinion

We follow the data and the root cause — not the loudest voice in the room.

04 Partnership over prescription

Every plant is different. We adapt to your culture, constraints, and people instead of forcing a template.
