Plant data, financials, and deal materials are sensitive, and we treat them that way. A few things hold on every engagement:
- ▸Your information is used only to do your work — not to train public AI models, and not shared with other clients.
- ▸Diligence and deal work run under clean-team discipline, with separation between engagements.
- ▸Every deliverable is reviewed by Travis before it leaves — nothing is auto-sent to you or anyone else.
The Specifics
- Storage & encryption. Files are stored on Vercel, encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3, on infrastructure that holds SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001 certification.
- AI processing. Quinn is our proprietary system; its underlying model is run by a leading third-party AI provider under zero-data-retention terms — your data is not retained by the model and is never used to train it.
- Retention. We keep your working files for the life of our working relationship and delete them at your request.
- Subprocessors. Two third parties are involved: a leading AI provider, whose model powers Quinn, and Vercel, our storage and hosting provider.
